The proper coaching process enables the client to find their true self. Coaching creates a lasting change for the client. This is done by asking the right questions and puts the client in the driver's seat to live a life that is their own extraordinary adventure.

Coach Randal Suozzo specializes in helping people find their path into, through, or out of their college careers. He also coaches people transitioning into new careers. This is done through determining and coaching around one's true desires. The first question that will drive all others is, "Who am I?"  Not who do I want to be, but who am I right now? When you are sure about who you are then you fully understand what is right for you. Knowing who you are and being true to your self will lead you on the path of purpose and fulfillment.

There are many tools that can be used to help people determine what drives them. Passion Discovery Coaching offers packages that includes the Energy Leadership™ program as developed by the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and includes the Energy Leadership™ Index Assessement. This program, when combined with one-on-one or group coaching, is a very powerful tool in helping people become leaders of not only others, but of their own lives as well. The Law of Being package is another tool that helps people identify where their true self is located by searching within. Both packages can be discusses further upon request and are offered in addition to group and one-on-one coaching packages.

Coaching not only improves focus and accountability, coaching also increases the client's capacity to achieve better results. Coach Randal invites you to get the most out of yourself by hiring a coach to help you discover and live your passion. Are you ready to be more engaged in your own life?

Energy Leadership™
Energy Leadership™ is the process that develops a personally effective style of leadership that positively influences and changes not only yourself, but those around you. If you don't think of yourself as a leader, then you are limited in your thinking. Leading is the way we help move people, including ourselves, into action. The question is not whether or not we are leaders, but how well we lead.

The Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) was developed by Dr. Bruce D. Schneider, the founder of the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). The assessment takes about 20 minutes to complete. The follow-up debrief takes 60-75 minutes. The ELI is a behavior assessment, not a personality assessment. And unlike personality, behavior can be changed. This means that it provides you with the insight and the opportunity to create change in your life. The assessement provides a snapshot of how you currently view the world, and an opportunity to create a new perspective on how you want to view the world. It measures your level of engagement in many areas of your life—personal AND professional, your level of awareness, and, your level of ability to effectively lead yourself and others.
